Preparing for MOC

Step 1: Submit your child’s E-Registration Form via FormSG

• Upon receiving the ‘MOE-OBS Challenge Programme Parent’s Letter’ from the school, please complete and submit the e-registration form by the deadline.

• You will need to log in using Singpass. If you need assistance, please visit the Singpass website.

• Have your child’s school and class details handy when filling out the form.

Step 2: Medical screening and examination

• The initial medical screening is based on the health information that you provide.

• A physician’s certification is required for your child to join the programme, with the medical examination arranged by the school.

• Contact your child’s school to confirm the medical examination process and what documents your child needs to bring.

Step 3: Review by MOE / OBS 

• All completed e-registration forms are jointly processed by MOE and OBS. Incomplete forms may result in delays for enrolment.

• The OBS medical team will review your child’s health information and may contact parents or the school for verification if needed to ensure safety during the course. All health information will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.

Step 4: Application outcome

The school will inform students of their enrolment outcome about two weeks before the course. For those not accepted for the programme, the school will arrange an alternative programme for them.
